The TAVO is a great choice for parents looking to save money. However it's not the best choice if you require a bassinet or reversible seat. It only faces one way and isn't able to accommodate a car seat or other accessories such as the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more because it can accommodate these accessories.
The TAVO has an inbuilt suspension system called Free-flex. It lets you travel far or near and even transport your baby from the car to the curb. The spacious, luxurious seat allows baby to relax and drift off into dreamland. Parents will also enjoy the small fold-away wheel and MagneTech Secure Snap.

It connects to the Nuna PIPA series of car seats quickly, without adapters required for an elegant travel set.
2. UPPAbaby Vista v2
The UPPAbaby V2 is the top-rated full-size stroller. It's a great option for families with growing babies, as it can work with a bassinet, infant car seats, and toddler seats. The stroller is able to accept a riding board, which turns it into an all-in-one stroller.
The padded seats are designed to provide comfort. The recline is adjustable to four positions and is simple to use. The foot rest also adjusts to provide passengers with an easier ride. The canopy is big and is ideal for parents who want to shield their children from the sun. It's SPF 50+-rated and has a pop-out-visor, two mesh peekaboo windows, and a flap cover that can be adjusted.
Another fantastic benefit of the UPPAbaby V2 is that its fabrics can be washed by machine. This is crucial because it will extend the life of your buggy to ensure that you can use it for many years. It helps you remove spilled food or juice, as opposed to having to try remove stubborn stains.
The new tires of UPPAbaby are larger and more comfortable than the previous models, which makes for more comfortable riding. They can handle rough terrain with ease and reduce the vibrations you experience when rolling through the city. The brakes are single-action, and easy to operate, with a small color-coded pedal that's suitable for all types of shoes.

3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents looking for a stroller to grow with their family. It's considered to be a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" and comes with more than 20 different configurations for use with different seats, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to move around, making it perfect for parents who love to get out and explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket underneath and a variety of attachments to allow parents to take grocery items or light shopping with them. It is a little bit more expensive than the other two in one prams, but it's worth the cost because the quality and function are top of the line.
This stroller features an easy-pull harness that makes secure your child's seat a breeze and includes sun canopy with XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It also has a practical tray for parents to keep drinks, snacks and phones. Sophie is a mother from London She tried out the stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was uneven. She was impressed by the cushioned seat and footrests were specifically designed to provide comfort and the large shopping basket was very useful. She also loved that the fabric of the hood and handlebars could be washed in the washing machine. This is crucial for busy parents.
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also comes with a large storage bin. It's one of the lightest twin strollers on the market. It weighs 24lbs with infant car seat attachments, which is light for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and can be road-ready in just 10 minutes. It doesn't come with a built-in canopy, so your babies will require their own sunshades if you need extra coverage from the elements.
Through our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can maneuver through all terrains, but has trouble in grassy areas and on gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers often have however Joovy provides an additional underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car seat compatibility and storage however we'd rather have an option with more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a plus, though, as it lets parents put their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their requirements.
